Think Your Device May Still Be Under Warranty?
If you know approximately when and where the device was purchased, keep that information handy. A receipt, invoice, order number, or purchase-order number can be useful when a manufacturer does not provide a public warranty lookup. If warranty coverage can reasonably be identified before a paid repair is recommended, that can be a win for the client.
