Full-size ATX, small form factor, mini PCs, Windows and iMac-style All-in-Ones, workstations, Linux labs, and the RGB tower. The work is on desktop repair.
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM by appointment. Drop-off is scheduled when your ticket is near the top of the queue.

How the work actually goes
Full-size ATX
Dell, HP, Lenovo towers and the beige box that still runs the shop. PSU, storage, boards, dust. Desktop repair.
Small form factor
SFF is not a cube and it is not a mini PC. Proprietary power and dual-slot GPUs that do not fit. We look at the actual chassis.
Mini PC
NUC-class, stick PCs, and the tiny box behind a monitor. Soldered RAM on many of them. Upgrades have limits.
Windows All-in-One
The display is the computer. Screens, boards, and the stand. A cracked panel on an AIO is often a whole machine conversation.
iMac-style All-in-One
Glass, storage, and the machine that is glued together. Some generations are serviceable. Some are a new iMac.
Custom gaming
Prebuilt gaming and client-built. RGB is not the diagnosis. Heat, PSU, GPU, and the cable that was never seated.
Airflow and cable management
A pretty loop that cooked a GPU because the exhaust was blocked. We fix the airflow, not just the part that died.
Professional workstation
Xeon/Threadripper class, ECC, multi-GPU. These are not office Towers with a bigger case.
Linux home lab
Proxmox boxes, NAS-adjacent towers, and the machine that is also the house DNS. We work on Linux. We do not evangelize it.

The work is on desktop repair.
2. Custom water loops?
Yes, with a different diagnostic conversation. Open loops are quoted before we drain anything.
3. All-in-One vs tower?
Different disassembly, different parts. We will say which you have.
Desktop down?
Submit a ticket. We will tell you when to bring the tower — or we come to it.
