Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM by appointment. Drop-off is scheduled when your ticket is near the top of the queue.
The living-room computer
We do not install pirated games or jailbreaks. Proof of ownership on locked boxes. Labor 90 days on the completed service.

How the work actually goes
Xbox-style
From older generations through current. Heat, HDMI, storage, power. Game console repair.
PlayStation-style
HDMI yanked out, jet-engine fans, disc drives on the models that still have them.
Nintendo-style home
Living-room Nintendo hardware when parts exist. Not a clone stick sold as “repaired.”
Switch-style
Hybrids, docks, Joy-Con drift. Screens on the handheld half.
Handheld generations
Older handhelds and the ones still in a backpack. Screens and batteries when parts exist.
ROG / Steam Deck-style
PC handhelds. These are small computers. Some repairs are laptop work in a game-pad shell.
Virtual reality
Headsets case by case. Displays, tracking, and the PC or console they attach to.
Controllers and accessories
Stick drift, buttons, charging grips. Often a separate ticket from the console.
Entertainment setup
