iPad, Galaxy Tab, Surface, Fire, e-readers, kids tablets, and field units. Not a phone. Not a laptop. The work is on tablet repair.
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM by appointment. Drop-off is scheduled when your ticket is near the top of the queue.

How the work actually goes
iPad
Glass, batteries, charging, and pairing that can disable True Tone. Tablet repair.
Android tablets
Samsung, Lenovo, and the rest. Parts availability is the limiter.
Windows detachable
Surface and cousins. Keyboard connectors, kickstands, and soldered storage.
Amazon Fire
Cheap to buy, annoying to part. We will say when a new Fire is the honest path.
E-readers
Kindle-class screens are a different animal than LCD. Some are worth it. Some are a new reader.
Stylus and creative work
Digitizers, pens that skip, and the screen that is also the drawing surface.
Keyboard productivity
Folio keyboards and the connector that got bent in a bag. Sometimes the tablet is fine.
Kids tablets
The case did its job. The glass still lost. We open cases without wrecking the clips.
Rugged field service
Seals and ports. Opening one wrong is how the next job site kills it.

If it makes calls on cellular as a phone, start on phones. iPad / Tab / Surface / Fire live here.
2. iCloud or Google lock?
Proof of ownership. We do not bypass it.
