Contact Bringing Your Tech to Life

This is the house. We are not a storefront — and we are not hiding that. Most computer repair shops in Stokes County are home-based. Ours is too. Come by appointment, not on a hope.

Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM by appointment only.

Bringing Your Tech to Life home-based shop in King, NC

This page is not for repairs.
Quotes, scheduling, and “my laptop is broken” go on Submit a Ticket. Repair requests sent through the contact form are ignored. That is on purpose — the ticket is how diagnosis gets planned.

How to reach us

We do not publish an email address. Spam got too loud. Use the buttons, the ticket form, or the partner form below. We will reply the same way you prefer, during shop hours.

Call or text 336-270-9755. On a phone, the icons open the dialer or your messaging app.

General inquiries

Distributor / partner questions, press, guest writing, or anything that is not a device repair: use the form on this page.

Quotes or scheduling

Submit a ticket. Tell us the device, the symptoms, and whether you need drop-off, on-site, or remote help. That is the only path that starts a job.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Weekends closed. Holidays closed. All services by appointment — if we are on-site for another customer, nobody is here to take a walk-up drop-off.

Partner & general contact form

For businesses that want to partner, distributors, or non-repair questions. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

Message submitted. On this Local copy the form does not email the shop yet. If you need a repair, use Submit a Ticket.

The message was not sent. Fix the red notes under the fields below. Your text is still here.

We do not entertain emails regarding: SEO or ranking pitches; fake website-error sales; fraudulent review schemes; unsolicited wholesale partnerships; social-media growth offers; AI guest posts or link-building; website redesign, app development, or PR outreach; crypto, investments, or unsolicited sponsorships; bug-bounty reports outside an official program. If your company lacks a U.S. corporate office, do not contact us even from a branded domain. Legitimate inquiries use a branded-domain email or this form / a ticket.

On this Local site the form does not email anyone. That is so we cannot accidentally hit production inboxes. The live site will send these to the shop.

Need a computer fixed?

That is a ticket, not this form.
