What we actually work on
How the work actually goes

Laptop repair
Screens, hinges, batteries, charge ports, liquid, and board-level work. Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, MacBook. Diagnosed before we order a part. The work is on laptop repair.

Desktop repair
Office towers, All-in-Ones, and custom builds. Power supplies, boards, storage, cooling, GPU, and RAM. Board-level work lives here too. The work is on desktop repair.

Tablet repair
iPad, Galaxy Tab, Surface, Fire. Glass, batteries, ports, board work when the part exists. The work is on tablet repair.

Phone repair
iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, and the rest. Glass, batteries, charging ports. Listed separately from tablets because they are a different ticket. The work is on phone repair.

Game console repair
Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, handhelds, and older boxes when parts exist. HDMI, stick drift, cooling, storage. No jailbreaks. The work is on game console repair.

Diagnostics
A real evaluation — hardware, storage, memory, cooling, malware, firmware, and logs — then you approve the repair. Written findings. The work is on diagnostics.

Virus removal
Cleanup, logs, and whether the same infection can come back. A scan is not always the whole job. The work is on virus removal.

Tune-up and maintenance
Slow but it still turns on. Startup pile-up, storage, heat. A tune-up is not a diagnostic and it is not a virus removal. The work is on tune-up and maintenance.

Data backup
A copy you can restore. Sync is not a backup. RAID is not a backup. The work is on data backup.

Data recovery
The ticket after the disk already died. Evaluation is separate from a normal diagnostic. The work is on data recovery.

Cloud solutions
OneDrive, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox — what is actually stored where, and what happens when the laptop dies. The work is on cloud solutions.

Networking and wireless
Dead zones, printers that vanished, cameras that should not share a network with the tax PC. The work is on networking and wireless.

Operating system install
Repair the OS you have when we can. Clean install after a clone when we cannot. Windows, macOS, Linux. The work is on operating system install.

Software installs
Licensed software only. Office, accounting, drivers, and the pile of toolbars that should not have been there. The work is on software installs.

Remote support
Attended remote when the machine can still get online. We will not call you out of the blue and ask you to install a tool. The work is on remote support.

IT consultation
What to buy, what to skip, and whether the machine in front of you is worth repairing. The work is on IT consultation.
